The safety and wellbeing of our staff are paramount. To ensure that appropriate support is provided and that we maintain a safe working environment for everyone, all workplace injuries must be documented promptly and accurately.
Please follow the protocols below based on the nature of the incident:
- General Workplace Injuries: If you sustain an injury during the course of your duties—such as a trip, fall, or strain—please record the details of the incident immediately in EMS360 under the Health & Safety module.
- Student-Related Injuries: If an injury is caused by a student (for example, a bite or scratch), please complete the reporting form here: Staff Injury Form. We encourage you to upload photographs of the injury where appropriate to assist with documentation and support.
Reporting these incidents ensures that you receive any necessary follow-up care and allows the College to implement any required adjustments to prevent future occurrences.
