📋 Submission Requirements & Timeline
Effective planning requires a commitment to the “4-week rule.” This lead time allows the College to review safety protocols, finalise staffing, and ensure all students can participate safely.
- Documentation Hub: All Excursion and Incursion applications must be processed through EMS360 (accessible via SIMON).
- The 4-Week Deadline: Complete applications must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the intended event date.
- Essential Documentation: Your submission is not considered complete unless it includes:
- The fully completed EMS360 Application Form.
- A comprehensive Risk Assessment (template available on EMS360).
- Up-to-date Class Lists and medical alerts.
- All relevant supporting documentation (e.g., itineraries).
