Managing the College Calendar
Marymede Catholic College is a vibrant community with a constant schedule of events, educational activities, and co-curricular programs. Because of the high volume of activity, the College Calendar is a dynamic document that is updated frequently.
To ensure you remain informed of upcoming responsibilities and events, please observe the following:
- Stay Informed: Staff are expected to check the calendar regularly for the most up-to-date information, as timings and locations may shift to accommodate the school’s needs.
- Accessing the Calendar: The College Calendar is available through two primary platforms:
- Microsoft Outlook: Found under the “Shared Calendars” section alongside your personal schedule.
- SIMON: Accessible via the school’s internal portal.
- Management: The calendar is managed by Kathy Varga, the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principals (Wellbeing / Professional Culture) in close consultation with the College Leadership Team (CLT).
