To ensure your events and lessons are properly supported, please utilize the following booking procedures via SIMON. Adhering to these lead times allows our IT and Operations teams to provide the necessary equipment and setup support.
1. General Resource Bookings
For standard room or equipment bookings, use the dedicated portal on SIMON:
- Access: Locate the “Resource Bookings” link on the main menu line, situated directly under the College Logo.
- Process: Select your required date, time, and resource through the automated portal.
2. AV and IT Event Support
All requests for AV equipment or technical event setups must be submitted through the IT Helpdesk Ticketing System.
- Path: SIMON > School Links > Operations > IT Helpdesk.
